I have been passionate about photography since buying my first DSLR in 2007. My only regret is not discovering photography as my creative outlet sooner. I quickly stepped into the world of camera clubs and joined South London Photographic Society where I was a member for 14 years serving in various roles and also Club President. I am now a member of Old Coulsdon Camera Club, Surrey and Aperture Woolwich, Kent.

Keen to improve my photography I gained my first distinction in 2015 - CPAGB followed a year later with BPE1* and in 2020 QPSA. I believe working towards distinctions improves your photography.

I also belong to the following -

The Postal Photographic Club where I am Circle Secretary of two digital circles plus in a "small print" circle

United Photographic Postfolios of Great Britain (UPP) where I am in two digital circles one of which is limited to mobile phone photography only.

The Photographic Society of America where I gained my QPSA distinction
